Zed Capital Partners ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our') operates a technology-enabled platform that connects businesses seeking capital with our network of verified lending partners.

Important Disclosure: Zed Capital Partners is NOT a lender. We do not make loans, advances, or credit decisions. We are a technology facilitator that matches qualified businesses with appropriate funding sources from our network of 90+ direct lending partners.

Our role is limited to: (a) collecting and securely transmitting your application information; (b) utilizing our proprietary matching algorithm to identify suitable lending partners; and (c) facilitating communication between you and potential funders.

By submitting an application through our platform, you expressly consent to the following:

Data Sharing Authorization: You authorize Zed Capital Partners to share your submitted information—including but not limited to business details, financial documents, bank statements, and personal information of business owners—with our network of 90+ verified lending partners for the sole purpose of evaluating your application and presenting funding offers.

Communication Consent: You consent to receive communications from Zed Capital Partners and our lending partners regarding your application status, funding offers, and related services via email, phone, or SMS at the contact information you provide.

Soft Credit Inquiries: You authorize our lending partners to perform soft credit inquiries as part of the evaluation process. Soft inquiries do not affect your credit score.

Partner Selection: You understand that we may share your application with multiple lending partners simultaneously to maximize your chances of receiving competitive offers.

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that:

All information provided in your application is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading in any material respect.

All bank statements, financial documents, and supporting materials you submit are authentic, unaltered, and accurately reflect your business's financial position.

You have the legal authority to submit the application on behalf of the business entity and to bind the business to any resulting agreements.

You will promptly notify us of any material changes to the information provided during the application review period.

Consequences of Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate rejection of your application, termination of any pending offers, and may be reported to appropriate authorities. You may also be held liable for any damages incurred by Zed Capital Partners or our lending partners as a result of such misrepresentation.

Submission of an application through our platform does NOT guarantee:

That you will receive any funding offer or approval from our lending partners.

Any specific terms, rates, or amounts if an offer is extended.

That our lending partners will approve your application or extend credit.

Any particular timeline for application review or funding disbursement.

Funding decisions are made solely by our independent lending partners based on their own underwriting criteria, risk assessment, and business judgment. Zed Capital Partners has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the decisions made by our lending partners.

Past performance or approval of similar applications does not guarantee future results.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ('AAA') in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Location: Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in a mutually agreed location or, if no agreement can be reached, in the state where Zed Capital Partners maintains its principal place of business.

Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a claim was frivolous, in which case the losing party may be required to pay the prevailing party's reasonable costs and fees.

Exceptions: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
